craig@dennyhillcapital.com

Prior to co-founding Denny Hill Capital, Craig founded Kinzer Capital in 1998, a venture capital and investment advisory firm specializing in early stage companies with industry focus reflective of the Pacific Northwest economy. He co-founded Capital Partners II with Stuart Williams in 2000, a venture fund targeted at angel investors to compete more effectively in the financing of Pacific Northwest technology based companies. Both of these funds have significantly outperformed other same vintage year funds. In 2001 Craig co-founded Screenlife, the developer of SceneIt?, the DVD game marketed nationally by Mattel. As Chair of the Board, Craig grew the company to $45 million in revenues.

Craig is also Founder and Principal in charge of Kinzer Real Estate Services. Over the past 25 years, Craig has managed the analysis, structuring, and negotiation for leases, acquisitions and joint venture developments totaling approximately 25 million square feet and over $5 billion. His current clients include Children's Hospital and Research Center, Port of Seattle, Starbucks Coffee Company, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Washington.

Prior experience includes Touche Ross and Co. where he served as a tax attorney, CPA, and business and real estate consultant to corporate clients. Craig holds a Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Washington School of Law and School of Business respectively. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from California Lutheran University in political science and economics.

Craig is an instructor at the University of Washington and a lecturer for CLE classes in the field of real estate. He has served on a number of community boards, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Children's Hospital Foundation. Craig enjoys kayaking and hiking in the western states, and is also an avid free bocce ball player. Craig and his wife, Danna, have four children.
